Remove your information
Instagram photos and connection
Open your profile editor and choose Disconnect Instagram. This removes the Instagram connection, saved access token, selected photos and temporary photo references from Shootbest. Your Shootbest profile and photos you uploaded separately stay.
You can also remove individual selected Instagram photos in the editor and save your selection.
Your person profile or account
Open account settings to delete your person profile or your entire account. Deleting your profile also removes its Instagram connection and selected photos.
Requests through Meta
Shootbest accepts signed deletion requests from Meta. When Meta provides a confirmation link and code, that link shows the request status. Confirmation codes expire after 30 days.
If you cannot sign in, contact us with your profile link and the email address associated with your account. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
